$10,000 Contest!!!
The Change Your World Contest is an opportunity for social change organizations and groups to win $10,000 and publicity for your work! Any social change organization that creates a Razoo Group and recruits at least 100 members to join by September 15th will be entered into the Change Your World Contest. The Razoo community will then vote for its favorite organization to select the winner of the contest. The prize is a $10,000 donation to your organization, and a high-profile online campaign built around your issues and work!

Why: To create awareness, community, and action around important social issues
When: August 1st - September 15th

Eligibility
Any social change group or organization is eligible to enter the Change Your World Contest (this includes non-profits, student groups, volunteer networks, fundraising groups, or other networks organized around social issues). The $10,000 prize must be given to a 501(c)3 organization. If contest entrant is not a 501(c)3, the group creator must designate a 501(c)3 which would receive the prize before the voting for the contest begins, which must be clearly stated in the “Description” section of the Group page. Each Razoo member may only create one Razoo Group that is eligible for the contest. For additional questions on eligibility, email us.
How to Create a Group:
- Go to the Razoo site
- Create your own individual personal profile (a necessary step before creating a group)
- CREATE a GROUP for your organization in the Connect Ta
- CREATE or JOIN relevant CAUSES for your organization (Note: You must be a member of the cause before your group can join it)
- CREATE ACTS and GOALS that support the work of your organization and post to related Cause pages
INVITE YOUR FRIENDS to join your group:
Use the "Recruit Others" Tool in your group to either invite Razoo friends or import your email address book to recruit non-Razoo-ers (using the links in the "Recruit Others" Tool)
Get at least 100 members to join your group by September 15th in order to qualify for the Change Your World contest!
