More engagement between nonprofits and their supporters
Razoo’s premium fundraising tools help make more meaningful connections with supporters. In 2018, we’ll continue to foster our premium subscription plans and help our premium customers fully utilize the tools available.
With Supporters, you can take notes on records and track more than just funds donated. You can also see how many funds have been enabled by their fundraiser organizing efforts, and more. In 2018, we’ll give you tips on best practices for the Supporters tool. We’ll also show you how to use the Analytics tool to determine your areas of opportunity for fundraising appeals, recurring gift asks and more!
Better giving days across the nation
Razoo is one of the very first platforms that nonprofits partnered with for their giving events in the early 2000s. In 2018, we’ll provide an even more robust giving event experience for nonprofits, community foundation partnerships and even donors.
We’ll also be beefing up our trainings to help nonprofits continue to succeed and exceed their goals for these events. Plus, we’ll be making it even easier for nonprofits participating in giving days to transition to using Razoo year-round for their online fundraising strategy.

New Year Fundraising
We accomplished a lot in 2017 with our fundraising resolutions: Our customer support team resolved support questions in an average of less than 2 hours, and helped hundreds of new nonprofits get setup on the platform. We helped nonprofits exceed their Giving Tuesday goals by 200%, and even helped new nonprofits get started for the first time. We can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store!
