The Year Ahead: Our Razoolutions
It’s hard to believe we’re already 25 days into 2017. While some people have already thrown in the towel on their New Year’s Resolutions, we at Razoo are just putting the final touches on our “Razoolutions.”
In 2016, we improved our user interface, streamlined our donation experience, added automated sharing on Facebook and made personal fundraising even easier. Plus, we made our donation widget even easier to use. We’ve got even more planned for you in the year ahead!
Here are some of our Razoolutions to you — our users! — for 2017:
- Integration with Zapier. That’s right! Soon, you’ll be able to sync your nonprofit’s Razoo account with Zapier, the automated apps manager. So what exactly does this mean? Basically, you’ll be able to automatically sync your donors data from Razoo directly to Salesforce, MailChimp, Constant Contact and more, making it even easier to manage your fundraising, track your donation information and plan email appeals for upcoming campaigns.

2. Team fundraising is getting a BIG facelift. We’ve been paying close attention to feedback from users on what they’d like to see with team fundraising on Razoo, and we’ll be making several updates to this product in 2017 to make it an easier and more powerful tool to raise funds! Teams provide a competitive component to fundraising which can increase the success of fundraisers, so we’re excited to see the results of these upgrades translate into more money raised for worthy causes.
3. More content, coaching sessions and webinars. We want to go beyond just providing powerful online tools to help you raise funds for your nonprofit. Each member of our Community Team has direct experience in the nonprofit sector, and we want to share our expertise, best practices and lessons learned to help you make the most of your fundraising efforts this year! We’ll be hosting monthly webinars, sharing weekly content to our blog, and providing opportunities for you to sign up for 1 on 1 coaching sessions with our Crowdfunding Support Specialists. We’ve already kicked off 2017 with a webinar on planning your fundraising strategy for 2017 (you can check out the recording here).
